We’re looking for a Chief Marketing Officer who is both creative and analytics-driven to join our San Francisco-based team. The newly created position within our startup will be responsible for growing and retaining our user base through the creation and execution of consumer developing strategies.

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of our organization's marketing and advertising initiatives. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the CMO's primary responsibility is to generate revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing for the entire organization, using market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising and public relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end marketing strategy
  • Practical implementation
  • Create, manage, and execute a multichannel paid acquisition strategy
  • Work with product and engineering teams to design and develop features and tools that improve user acquisition and retention
  • Create a strategy for identifying, testing, and evaluating new marketing channels and tactics
  • Perform deep analysis of marketing spend across various channels (display, search, mobile, traditional media, email, social media, etc.)
  • What we’re looking for:

  • Expertise in mobile user acquisition and retention
  • Hands on
  • Passion to meet with consumers
  • Understands the roadmap to raising funds
  • Has a proven track record of user acquisition
  • Really gets LEAN
  • Great at getting media buzz in the noisy markets (like Silicon Valley)
  • Proven track record of managing a wide variety of paid and unpaid acquisition channels
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Intensely self-motivated and Startup spirited
  • Experienced in writing compelling marketing and product copy
  • Strong social media and offline marketing campaigns
  • Experience working with a subscription model
  • Bonus points:

  • Will be allowed to sleep from time to time

  • What you'll do:

  • Transform the way that people get to work, enabling millions of people to have extra time to spend with their families each day.
  • Move fast, designing and then constantly iterating based on user feedback.
  • Strive for pixel-perfect attention to detail in visual design, and ensure every step in a flow is fully thought through.
  • Collaborate with other #supercharged UX designers, product managers, engineers and community managers to ensure an awesome customer experience.
  • Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 year’s experience designing for mobile
  • Awesome portfolio of mobile UX projects (without which you might not be considered)

    What the job is about:

  • Designing marketing collateral, online or print (flyers, banners, videos, pull-ups)
  • Interpreting business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose
  • Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts for traditional media and online
  • Using innovation to design within the constraints of cost and time
  • Generating ideas and design artwork
  • Working on layouts and artworking pages ready for print
  • An expert in Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro or Premiere Pro
  • What we’re looking for:

  • Understanding of and experience in corporate branding, layout, colour theory and typography in both print and digital media
  • Passion for design and content led film/movie making and editing
  • Passion for emerging technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a blank slate and inspire others
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in multi-media
  • 2 – 3 year’s relevant experience

    We’re looking for an experienced Customer Experience Champion, who shares our passion for service, to join our San Francisco-based team. The position within our startup will be responsible for ensuring delivery of exceptional service to each and every one of our customers.

    You will be called on to shine in the space of organizing and multi-tasking and will be fully computer literate. It is the ideal position for a confident, self-starting team player with strong leadership, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills and a strong sense of humor.

    Responsibilities:

  • Immerse yourself in all customer service duties.
  • Get the scheduling structured to ensure delivery of superior service to members.
  • Be there as a first line of escalation for customer issues.
  • Be closely involved in or initiate cross-departmental initiatives.
  • Lead, develop and mentor a great team.
  • Report all relevant results and performance indicators and recommend areas for improvement and efficiency.
  • Live the concept, “the Customer is King”
  • Position Requirements:

  • Ability to handle the buzz in a high-volume environment
  • Leading and developing a team

  • Hands on customer service leadership experience (three to five years relevant work experience required)
